Dr. Vij moved to the Akron area after completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at Loyola University Chicago School of Dentistry in 1991. He practiced as a general dentist for eight years before he made the decision to pursue his true passion of pediatric dentistry. He moved to Baltimore, Maryland where he completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland in 2001. He then moved back to Akron what he calls “home” and opened “Dentistry 4 Kids”.

Dr. Vij has previously served as the director of the Summit County Children’s Dental Health program and is currently on staff at Akron Children’s Hospital where he currently serves as the dental director. He is certified in basic life support and has advanced training in pediatric advanced life support (PALS). In 2004, Dr. Vij had an article entitled, “Pulp Therapy in Primary Teeth” published in the Journal of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Vij is extremely passionate about pediatric dentistry and the impact it has on children’s lives. This passion carries over into his relationships with his patients and their families. Each year Dr. Vij volunteers during the Children’s Dental Health month as well as the ‘Give Kids a Smile Day’ where free dental care is offered to children who cannot afford it.
Outside of his professional career, Dr. Vij enjoys playing tennis, watching the CAVS, doing yoga, listening to music and traveling with his wife and two children.
Dr. Ayah Koleilat is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan.Shortly after receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, Dr. Koleilat moved to Buffalo, New York where she completed her residency training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University at Buffaloin affiliation with Oishei Children’s Hospital.
In 2019, Dr. Koleilat was elected as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor’s society based on educational and professional merit. Sheis a board-eligible Pediatric Dentist and plans to pursue board certification through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Koleilat is passionate about creating positive experiences for her patient’s and their families. She strives to individualize each child’s care based on his/her needs to encourage successful and memorable experiences. Dr. Koleilat’s goal is to promote life-long oral health and wellness starting from the first dental visit.
In her free time, Dr. Koleilat enjoys exploring parks with her husband, spending time with friends and family and visiting local coffee shops.She is excited to explore yet another city along Lake Erie and looks forward to being close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Dr. Usman Ali is a board certified pediatric dentist. He completed his residency in pediatric dentistry at Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester in New York, and obtained his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Boston University.

Dr. Ali belongs to a family full of healthcare professionals, so he was drawn to healthcare from a young age. He enjoys helping his patients get out of pain, and giving each patient a high five on their way out of their appointment! Dr. Ali provides excellent dental care to each patient, and sets a high standard for himself in each patient interaction to ensure the best possible outcome. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and watching Pakistani soap operas. His favorite food is his mom’s home cooking!
Dr. Sarah Milo
Dr. Sarah Milo completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Case Western Reserve University and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at West Virginia University School of Dentistry. She also has a bachelor of science degree from Xavier University.

As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Sarah is passionate about providing children with a positive perception of the dentist, instilling in them the importance of maintaining oral health, and giving children a dental home where they can trust in the quality of care they receive. Her father is a general dentist and her mother is a dental hygienist and educator, which fostered Dr. Sarah’s love for all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Sarah and her husband Michael have a daughter named Kate and a golden retriever named Callie. They enjoy hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, trying new restaurants, and staying active by playing pickleball and golf! Dr. Sarah loves horses and her favorite school subject was math.
Dr. Neha Vazirani
Dr. Vazirani obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She also has a Master of Public Health degree, with a focus on Epidemiology, from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, as well as a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

Dr. Vazirani, or “Dr. V”, became interested in dentistry because of her early experience as a child in the dental chair. Inspired by her own compassionate and skilled dentist, Dr. V recognized the lasting impact of kindness and empathy in healthcare. By fostering a welcoming and preventative approach for pediatric patients, Dr. V is committed to helping children develop lifelong habits that lead to healthy smiles! She and her husband love life in Columbus and enjoy being active and volunteering. Dr. V loves to explore different cultures and food, as she is learning a classical Indian folk dance!
Dr. Emily Steiner
Dr. Emily completed her pediatric dental residency at Case Western Reserve University. She also has an advanced education in general dentistry from the United States Air Force, a doctorate of dental medicine from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in art from Miami University.

Dr. Emily believes dentistry to be a unique sector of the medical field that allows her to form meaningful relationships with their patients while making a positive impact in their lives. She loves getting to be a superhero to her patients and help them calm their fears, overcome anxiety, and relieve pain while having a ton of fun! Dr. Emily and her significant other, Josh, have three fur babies: a dachshund/lab mix named Bicardi, a black cat named Spooky, and a thoroughbred named Belle. In her free time, Dr. Emily enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, and traveling. She has been to over 50 countries so far and is looking forward to adding more to the list! Her favorite trip to date would have to be hiking Mount Everest!
Dr. Ilana Kramer
Dr. Kramer completed her pediatric dental residency, Master of Oral Sciences, and earned a Certificate in Public Health all at the University of Illinois Chicago. She also earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and a Bachelor of Science, with a focus in psychology, from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Kramer has a passion for helping others through dentistry! Her mother is also a dentist and inspired her to enter the field. Dr. Kramer loves helping children and their families feel comfortable at the dentist, as she makes each visit fun and engaging. She enjoys exploring all Cleveland has to offer with her husband and their dog, Wally. Outside of work, Dr. Kramer enjoys staying busy by spending time in the outdoors, being on the water, and trying new restaurants while traveling. Her favorite color is blue and English was her favorite subject in school!
